NEIL ADAMS MBE
Neil is a former World Judo Champion and 2x Olympic Finallist. At 62 years old, Neil will be concentrating on the over 50's and over 60's providing guidance and workouts to keep functional fitness into retirement and for those looking for new challenges. He believes that age is a number, not a prescribed mindset.
Representing his hashtag #sixtyplusfitness, Neil has recognised how he has had to adapt and innovate his workouts to accomodate 2 hip resurfacing and a knee replacement while keeping up his cardio.

NIKI ADAMS
Niki is 1996 Judo Olympian, Pan American Champion and 7x Canadian Champion. She is a wellness coordinator from the corporate sector who specialises in one to one wellness and getting people moving again even after a long time or if it has been suggested by their medical professional to enrich their life. Using the Swiss Ball and Nordic Walking, Niki, 47, brings life back into movement and re-awakens not only physicality but mental capabilities as well.
#biggirlscanmovetoo is not only her hashtag but her mantra as she is determined to make the fitness clothing industry take notice that just because you're bigger does not mean you are inactive.
