Let's Move Together
As we age and our bodies change, our body requires different things and different ways of achieving physical wellness.
Using our Supportive Fitness programmes we can help you achieve those goals without the injuries and in a fun, energetic way.
If you have never done exercise before, this is the perfect starting place as we progress you through the programme, level by level achieving success the whole way.
"I thought Supported Fitness was all about rehab. Wow! It's so much more! I have found and am working muscles I never knew I had and all because of Niki & the ball."
-Lisa Lancaster
RESISTANCE BANDS
We have 3 resistances for our elastic bands:
Junior: is for children and those who are starting a rehabilitation programme.
Champion: these legends are what Neil uses in his work out and for those who are weighing in at 50kg to 100kg. It's what we suggest to most people for this programme.
Pro: these are heavy bands that pack a punch of resistance. We only advise these if you are looking to power through the whole range of motion and don't get pulled back off balance.
BATTLE BELTS
These beasts are portable power as they are the same as Battle Ropes without the storage issues or the shredding.
We also have different lengths and densities for these belts depending how more power you want to throw around.
8m & 10m lengths
